One Tuesday Afternoon While Sitting Shoreline On the Beach, After A Strenuous Day of Beach Volleyball & Surfing, Two Local Urfer-Dudes Approached Devlin and Coulehan, Started A Conversation About Knarley Waves, and the Question Was Asked by the Local So-Cal Surfers To Devlin-Coulehan : Where Are You Dudes From ???? Devlin-Coulehan Enthusiastically Responded El Paso TX Upon Hearing the Response, the Bleach-Blonde So-Cal Surfers Responded " How Are the Waves in El Paso " Devlin-Coulehan Looked Each Other in the Eyes, and Simultaneously Responded,the Best Waves in the World the Rest Is History, the Largest & Driest Surf Club in the Country Was Established, Without A Drop of Water in Sight, El Paso Surf Club Where Real Men Don't Need Water .
